Date & Macadamia Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup raw, unsalted macadamia nuts
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Recipe:
- Lay out a piece of baking paper on a tray.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely mixed.
- Roll a small ball sized (tablespoon) of the mixture in the palm of your hands until combined.
- Add a dash of water if too dry.
- Place balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
